Unless otherwise specified, all products advertised on this website are new, factory sealed models.
Love Music Ltd. is committed to your satisfaction as a valued customer and we strive to provide high-quality customer care and service. We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and the Love Music Card from GE Capital. All credit card orders are shipped to the billing address of the credit card only.
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.
Love Music Ltd. uses the latest in encryption technology from Comodo and secured servers to ensure your personal information is secure and confidential. Your order is secured with the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) 128-bit encryption standard. SSL provides you with the freedom to shop online without the fear that your credit card information is being stolen.
Love Music Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or delay any order at its own discretion for any reason including unverified or erroneous billing, 3rd party shipment not affiliated with the cardholder's details or if an item has been discontinued.
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of shipment date for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds are for the value of the equipment only. Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility if an item is not purchased. All items (except those specified below) carry a 14-day return policy. You must contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to returning your item. Items shipped without an RA number will be refused. Any item found defective upon receipt will be repaired under warranty immediately. All items returned must be in perfect condition, exhibit no scratches or other cosmetic damage and show no signs of wear. All original documentation and materials including, but not limited to warranty cards, instruction manuals and connecting cables must be included for timely refund, exchange or credit. For returns that do not meet these conditions, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you cancel an order and the item has not been shipped, you will not be charged for the purchase.
The following items are not returnable for any reason: Opened CD's, Vinyl Records, Cartridges, Styli, and Custom Orders. Due to New York State Health Code Regulations, we can not accept ANY returns on Headphones or Microphones.
General Return Instructions: Return everything in its original condition! Write your RA# on the outside shipping box, NOT the manufacturer's box. Repack and double box using clear tape ONLY! Insure and ship your items back using a trackable service like FedEx, UPS or DHL. We are not responsible if your return gets lost in the mail. Please allow at least 2 weeks for return processing! Credit card purchases are credited back to the original card. All other purchases are refunded by store credit.
Returning items in Perfect Working Condition - You must contact us to receive a return authorization number, RA#. You will need to add this number along with the item(s) being returned. Please follow the General Return Instructions above when returning merchandise. Again, any return not bearing an RA number will be refused. Your item must be re-packaged as close to brand-new as possible, otherwise you may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item cost.
Returning Defective or Damaged In Transit Items - Call us within 72 hours for return instructions. To qualify for return shipping, you must notify us of any problems within 72 hours of receipt and be issued a Return Authorization number, or RA#. We will arrange for UPS to pickup damaged items and/or defective items (inside the continental U.S. only!). After this 72 hour period, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. To avoid restocking fees, please follow all packing instructions listed above in the "General Return Instructions" section. Please be advised that restocking fees may apply if defect is not a result of original manufacturing process. If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
*Please note, we do not currently ship outside the continental United States . Additionally, if expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd day, 3-day shipping) was purchased on your initial order, any replacement units after that will be shipped via Ground, unless you are willing to pay for expedited shipping a second time.
There is a sales tax charge of 8.5% added to all orders in the state of NY.
